TRUMP WATCH #7: A Factual Chronology of his Muslim Travel Ban (through Feb 7)

Because this issue is so critically important to the future of our country and to the rule of Constitutional Law, today I offer links (mostly to the NY Times) to a chronology of events that began with Trump’s Executive Order on 1/27/17 and ends here on 2/7/17 the day before the Court of Appeals upheld the decision to block Trump's ban.
I hope that these articles will help citizens to understand what has actually occurred thus far and what the constitutional and moral issues are. (I would also recommend that interested people read about the internment of Japanese-Americans during WW II, which was widely supported at the time and is now recognized as having been a racist policy wholly without justification.)
I will return to this critical issue when Trump issues a new travel ban, which White House lawyers will undoubtedly craft far more carefully than was done by Steve Bannon and company in order to withstand judicial rejection.
The White House released the language of the executive order that President Trump signed on Friday at the Pentagon.
